Tender monitoring for businesses

Every morning, only the tenders that fit you

Every night we go through the procurement register, municipal tender pages, housing association and private sector platforms and European notices. By morning you get a short email: what was published, who is buying and when the bid is due.

No credit card needed. Setup takes three minutes and the AI does the rest for you.

59 € a month or 549 € a year, plus VAT. The price is fixed, so there is no quote to ask for.

Why this exists

Hunting for tenders takes up time that nobody pays for

Dozens of tenders are published in Estonia every working day. Some are in the register, others only on a council website, others in a housing association portal. Going through them all yourself takes hours and things still slip past.

Ordinary tender portals offer a keyword search and send you an email every time the keyword appears anywhere in the text, whether in the title or on the third page of an annex. The result is an inbox full of tenders demanding ten years of experience, five million in turnover or a completely different product from the one you sell. Within a couple of weeks those emails start getting deleted unopened.

We built this robot for ourselves first and still use it every day. Now you can have it too.

How it works

Three steps and the watcher takes it from there

01

Tell us who you are

Type your company name. We find the registry code, address and field of activity ourselves. You simply check that everything fits.

02

Choose what to watch

Based on your field of activity we suggest the CPV codes (Common Procurement Vocabulary, the European procurement classification) and keywords ourselves. You can add or remove them as needed. The most important part is the last field, where you write in plain language what to keep in mind. For example that only jobs above a million interest you, or that you run the company alone and cannot meet heavy reference requirements.

03

The first email arrives the next working day

The watcher starts immediately and the first briefing lands in your inbox the next working morning. Two weeks are free and you pay nothing upfront. If it works for you the subscription continues and we send an invoice.

Sample email

One email in the morning and the day of tenders is covered

Every tender is one short paragraph: who is buying and when the bid is due. If there is nothing new, no email is sent.

The number that matters

Last night 47 tenders were published. This morning four reached you.

Matched your own conditions

An example from one ordinary working day with the profile of a building maintenance client. Your numbers depend on how narrow your field is.

That gap is what the whole service is built on. Finding tenders is easy, there are dozens every day. The hard part is knowing which ones waste your time and throwing them out before they are sent.

An honest comparison

How we differ from an ordinary tender portal

Before building this we went through everyone on this market: the Estonian newsletter services, the chamber of commerce monitoring, the new AI platforms and the large European portals. They all promise the same thing, tenders in your inbox every morning. The difference is in what actually sits behind that promise.

An ordinary tender portal AI Tender Watch

We are not saying the others do a bad job. Their models are built around a sales team, AI Tender Watch is built around your independence.

Why us

Four things an ordinary tender portal will not do

01

We read the tender, not just the title

A keyword matches even when the tender is of no use to you. Our watcher checks what the tender is actually about before sending and drops the ones that do not fit. That keeps the email short and worth opening.

02

Your conditions in plain language

You do not need to learn a filter syntax. Just write that anything under fifty thousand is not for you, that you will not travel to the other end of the country, or that working alone you cannot take on ten sites at once. The watcher respects that every day.

03

Sources that are not in the register

Most services sync the state procurement register overnight and that is all they do. The register covers mandatory tenders, but smaller purchases often appear only on a municipality website and that is where they stay. We go through every municipal tender page ourselves each night, plus housing association and private sector platforms, the portals of ports and energy companies, and international notices.

04

The price is public and there is no sales call

In this field it is customary to hide the price and route every button to a form that asks you to request a quote. We do the opposite. The price is on this page, you sign up yourself and the watcher starts the very same night. If you still want to talk, we are happy to, but you do not need it to get going.

Sources

Where the information comes from

Every night we go through all the places listed below. The list keeps growing, and if there is a source in your field we do not watch yet, we add it when you ask.

Estonian procurement register New notices, amendments and award reports with winner and value
Municipal tender pages Small purchases and simplified tenders never published in the register
Housing association platforms Heating, ventilation, roofs, facades, building management
Private sector tenders and subcontracting Tenders published by construction firms and property managers themselves
International notices European Union wide tenders for companies working across borders
State and city owned companies Ports, energy companies and other buyers running their own portals
Pricing
